Participant Waiver

1. Inherent Risks

I understand and acknowledge that laser tag is a physical activity that involves running, dodging, crouching, and other movements that carry inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: tripping, falling, collisions with other players or objects, uneven terrain, outdoor weather conditions, limited lighting, and equipment malfunction. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Laser Tag Anywhere, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant or any property belonging to the participant, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in laser tag activities or while on the premises where the activity is conducted.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laser Tag Anywhere from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may occur due to my participation or the participation of the minor named below.

4. Rules & Equipment

I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by Laser Tag Anywhere staff. I understand that:

• No physical contact between players is permitted
• Equipment must be handled with care and returned in good condition
• Horseplay, rough behavior, and unsportsmanlike conduct are prohibited
• Laser Tag Anywhere reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety violations or inappropriate behavior

5. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Laser Tag Anywhere staff to secure necessary medical treatment for the participant. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

6. Photo & Video Release

I grant Laser Tag Anywhere permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation or approval rights.

7. Governing Law & E-Signature

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature and is binding under the ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

8. Acknowledgment

I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
