We Set Up Right Where You Are
No off-site venue to book. No busing students across town. No coordinating with a third-party facility. We bring everything — taggers, headbands, inflatable bunkers, sound system, and Game Master — and set it up directly on your grounds.
Outdoor quad? Perfect. School gymnasium? Absolutely. Athletic field, parking lot, or multipurpose room? All doable. If you have the space, we'll build the battle zone to fit it.

School and university events run on tight schedules, and we get that. We work around your timetable — arrival, setup, game start, rotation format, and wrap time — so the laser tag portion of your event slots in cleanly without disrupting everything around it.
Our team arrives 45 minutes before the first game to have the arena fully ready before students step on the field. When it's over, we tear everything down and leave your space exactly as we found it.

Do you have insurance documentation?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and can provide documentation on request to support your event approval process. Just let us know what you need and we'll get it to you.
Is the activity appropriate for all students?
Absolutely. Our game modes are designed to be inclusive across ages, athletic abilities, and experience levels — laser tag rewards strategy and awareness just as much as speed, which means every type of student finds their footing quickly. Our Game Master actively manages the energy and pacing to make sure no one is left on the sidelines or feeling outmatched.
Can you set up indoors in a gym?
Yes — a school gymnasium works great. We size the arena to fit your space and adjust the setup accordingly. Outdoor fields and quads work equally well; we'll work with whatever you have available on campus.
How large a group can you handle?
There's no hard cap. Up to 24 players can be on the field at any time, and larger groups rotate in and out between rounds. We'll design a rotation format that keeps the whole group engaged — students waiting their turn tend to become the loudest supporters on the sidelines, which keeps the energy going for everyone.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially for spring and end-of-year events, which fill up fast. That said, if you have a date in mind, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it work.
